Microsoft Entra is the only way in. There is no password to set and no local account — your Level 3 directory account is the identity, and the tenant’s own MFA and Conditional Access policies apply before JARVIS ever sees you.

Signing in for the first time creates a Level 3 user at role viewer, which may approve nothing. Authority is granted deliberately inside JARVIS and is never inherited from a Microsoft group.
